Paul, July 16—(}—Donald Li- Yedahl, 16, was burned critically early Friday by a 50,000-volt shock which literally blasted him off a 50- foot high tension tower. The victim is in Ancker hospital suffering from brain concussion and second degree burns. His condition is serious. Donald climbed the tower while several companions, including his 15- year-old sister Lorraine, watched. He fell headfirst into a swamp, and when he was dragged from the muck his shirt and sweater had been completely burned away. RUTLEDGE RE-ELECTED Detroit Lakes, Minn., July 16—(P}— Dr. L. H.
