Five New Homes Included in List; Some Alterations Many Contemplating Construction of New Res- idences; All Artisans Are Employed and Some Coming From Out of City Permits for buildings valued at $25,305, the largest = $5,000 dwelling, have been issued et city hall during the last four weeks, a check-up revealed Monday. Artisans throughout the city are busy and it has been neecssary to im- port workmen for several jobs, notably the addition to the postoffice build- ing on which work has been delayed a little because of inability to obtain stone and steel when needed.
