Moris Took No Part In Recall Meeting Moris, former head of the state regulatory department, told The Tribune Saturday that he took no part in the recall meeting recently held at Jamestown. A dispatch to The Tribune had mentioned that he was there. Moris explained that he was in Jamestown that day on other busi- ness but did not even attend the meeting. Reporting on conditions in Pembina county, he said farmers there are optimistic and that the ground fs in the best shape he has seen it for many years because of rains last September and winter snows.
