Plans of BBC, radio representative of the British government and NBO call for every phase of the colorful and dramatic coronation services on May 12 to be broadcast in America over combined Red and Blue net- works of the National Broadcasting company. From the crack of dawn, when King cols. George VI and Queen Elisabeth leave 8 @ Million | Buckifgham Palace, until the last stirring event brings London’s day of days to a close, NBC, through the co- operation of the official British radio | bureau, will bring all the pomp and circumstance of coronation day to American listeners. The authoritative report of the entire proceedings ‘will be climaxed with the voice of King George, in his first speech after he is crowned as king. z The NBC-BBC announcement came after months of planning, at confer- ences in New York and London, and of frequent cabling and telephoning across the Atlantic.
