Mrs. LaRose Is Hostess for, _ Elaborate St. Patrick Party Honors Her Mother at Tradi- tional “Gathering Com- memorating March 17 In a setting of old world decorative art created in ailver and emerald green, the home of Dr. and Mrs. V. J. LaRose, 522 Sixth St., was once again Opened Wednesday afternoon to wel- come friends, commemorating the national holiday of Ireland. The occasion, given in honor of Mrs, Patrick McHugh (McCue), mother of the hostess, gave oppor- tunity of bringing together several friends of Mrs. McHugh, all of whom now have passed the age of 80. Pio- neer women end members of Mrs. LaRose’s immediate family made up & company of 30, McCue is the spelling of Mrs. McHugh’s husband's family name and still is used by relatives living in Ireland.
