Nell Evans to Attend Auxiliary Conference Miss Nell Evans, Lisbon, depar' ment child welfare chairman of the American Legion Auxiliary, leaves next Tuesday for Omaha to attend the Area D child welfare conference being held there Jan. 15-16, > Kansas, Kentucky, ‘Michigan, Minnesota, lake souri, Nebraska, Ohio, Wisconsin ant North and South Dakota. Repre- sentatives of these 13 states will be present at the conference. National leaders in child welfare work will take an active part in the Program of the conference, which is held each year to better acquaint the workers with the needs and present’ day trends of child welfare.
