Business optimism, overshadowing worries on foreign developments, was given credit for bringing buyers out in force. Bonds edged forward along with the principal commodities. Foreign currencies were slightly mixed. American Telephone was backward, as were Loew's and Paramount. Livestock SOUTH ST.
