Bonzer, Jr. A Brief Summary of a New Record in State Mill Operation This Past Year _ 1—Operated at 42.7c per barrel less than its operating cost over the twelve year period. 2—Increased North Dakota business 100%. 3—Increased Wisconsin, South Dakota and Minnesota business 115%. 4—Increased eastern business 105%. 5—Took up a freight differential which enables west- ‘ern North Dakotans to buy mill products at same price as purchasers near the mill door. 6—Lowered flour prices all over state to where com- parative brands now sell in this state 35c less per bar- rel than in Minneapolis. 7—Showed operating profit for the year of $176,000.00. 8—Retired a million dollars of mill and elevator bonds this year—and there will be no tax levy on mill and elevator for 1936 and 1987. 9—Increased the capacity through the building of a new spring wheat grinding unit of the Flour Mill and the addition of a complete modern Commercial Feed Mill out of operating profits. ‘The State Mill & Elevator Co.
