Peck, 95, father of Earle C. Peck, 1012 Eighth St. was found dead in his home at Anoka, Minn., Wednesday morning, according to word received here. Mr, Peck is well known in Bis- marck, having lived here with his son off and on for approximately three years. He was born in Alexander, N. ¥., and enlisted in the Union army in New York. Seriously wounded during the war, he was forced to spend two years in @ hospital and moved to Anoka in 1674. Besides his son here, Mr. Peck leaves two other sons, Marcus L. Peck of Sweetgrass, Mont., and Willis H. Peck of Cathay, N. a daughter, Mrs. 8. L. Chapell of Anoka, and sev- eral grandchildren.
