Lemke (Rep.-N. D.) appealed to the house membership Saturday, to “lay aside prejudice” and vote with an open mind on the Frazier-Lemke farm re- financing bill. (The, bill, assured of house con- sideration when 218 members signed @ petition releasing it from the rules committee, proposed to refinance farm mortgage through issuance of not more than $3,000,000,000 in new currency).
