Miller, formerly of Bismarck, at Port- land, Ore. Mr. Miller was employed at the state capitol for three or four years and left for the west about 1910. While here he resided at the Growl- ers’ club. Mr. Miller died in an automobile accident in which he suffered a brok- en skull and severe body bruises. He was special agent for a Portland fire insurance agency and had all of Ore- gon for his territory. When the acci- dent occurred ,he was returning from an out-of-town trip. He leaves his father, two daughters, four brothers and a sister.
