Lily Pons, world-famed Metropoll- ton opera star making her film debut in RKO Radio's “I Dream Too Much,” which will be shown at the Capitol theatre Sunday, Monday and Tues- day, prescribes hard work, mentally and vocally, for the achievement of success, Even though one is blessed with a | * natural voice, the art of singing lies in the control of the natural tonal quality, Miss Pons says, and only .|through dint of hard work and con- tinuous practice is this accomplished.
