Lions Club learned that Thursday! night when they heard Mickey Dob-! bin, Bismarck-born blind youth, in a! piano recital rivalling anything ever heard in Bismarck for technical skill and beauty of interpretation. From a musical standpoint his per- formance was remarkable for the clarity of his musical diction and this, doubtless, was due to the power of the hands, There was no blurring. The concert re- quired a marvelous musical memory and Dobbin had it. Psychologists assert that loss of one sense frequently is compensated for by the development of other senses.
