Steffi Duna, volatile exotic Hun- garian actress, who aroused such fav- orable comment with her performance in the leading role of “La Cucaracha,” again portrays a tempestuous Latin Senorita in RKO Radio's musical ro- mance, “Hi Gaucho!” at the Capitol theater Thursday and Friday.
