Swenson, ext hire— Register of RESOLUTION M y, Commissioner Swanson and seconded by Commissioner Cam- eron that the following resolution be adopted: WHEREAS, it is reported that the State Highway Commissioner has in- structed the contractor for the con- 9 |Struction of F.A.P. 429-A, being the road starting at a point one mile South of Wilton and East six miles, to refrain from construction work on this contract and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has already expended for right of way and moving fences and incidental expense in connection | with obtaining of such right of way approximately $2,000; and WHEREAS, there has been deliv- ered on the project concrete culverts which are to be installed, and WHERBAS, there is now practical- ly mo road in condition for travel from U. 8, Highway No. 83, East from Wilton or Kast from any point for several miles North or South from Wilton across Burleigh County. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RE- SOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Burleigh County, North Dakota, that we request of the North Dakota State’ Highway Com- missioner that the work of construc- tion be started on this project im- mediately, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this resolution be sent to Thomas H.
