Miss Eunice Venne, one of the lead- ers, who is to be married in July, was honored with @ gift of a wedding cake which served as the main feature of the table decoration’ and was cut by Miss Venne when the dessert course was served. Place cards were in the form of Girl Scout emblems and served as tallies for bridge. Presiding as toastmaster was Miss Evalyn Hermann, who assumed the role of Major Bowes conducting his amateur hour during the program, which was opened with group singing of scout songs led by Mrs. Charles C.
