During the entire action of “The White Cockatoo,” which is laid on the seacoast of France during the winter, the wind roars, moans, howls and sighs incessantly through the trees surrounding the chateau, height- ening the eerie and dismal atmos- Phere which pervades the place. The picture is a thrilling murder mystery drama.
