Brown owes his fame, his car, his prospects and his bank account. The guy who| is now starring in the First National | picture, “A Very Honorable Guy” at | the Capitol Theatre, is really funny. He started asa circus performe: but getting laughs on a flying trap-| eeze worked out badly for Joe, when | the head man dropped him fifteen feet and kept on laughing. Then he tried baseball but a pitcher mistook | his mouth for the plate and Joe took | his smile where it would be less like- ly to injure him. He has a comedy method all his own, which includes the use of a} mouth the like of which has never been seen on land or sea. It has got- ten to the point where Hollywood Smarties refer anyone looking for a good opening—to Joe's mouth. “A Very Honorable Guy” is a highly amusing comedy based on the story by Damon Runyon. There is a tal- ented supporting cast which includes Alice White, Robert Barrat, Alan Dinehart, Irene Franklin and Hobart Cavanaugh.
