The Paramount fast-moving ve- hicle brought with Crosby a sure-fire cast of equally entertaining players— Carole Lombard, George Burns and Gracie Allen, Ethel Merman and Leon Errol. This group of song-producing and fun-making stars embark on more than 60 minutes of music, laughs and Suspenses aboard the yacht of Miss Lombard, cast in the role of a wealthy heiress. Crosby is a sailor aboard the yacht, with Miss Merman, Errol 2 fortune-hunting princes, Jay and Ray Milland, as g the cruiser. The “Harold Teen” songs are by Irving Kahal and Sammy Fain, the ace-writing songsters who produced such hits as “By a Waterfall,” “There Ought to Be a Moonlight Saving Time,” “Was That the Human Thing to Do?”, “You Brought a New Kind of Love to Me” and many others. “How Do I Know It’s Sunday” is the first song in the picture. It's a catchy tune, sung by Chic Chandler to Rochelle Hudson in “The Sugar ” and what “Harold Teen” fan doesn't know that famous soda-shop conducted by the tolerant “Pop”? “Sweet and Simple” is a number sung by Rochelle Hudson who is as fine a singer as she is an actress. Patricia Ellis sings “Two Little Flies on a Lump of Sugar” and the song is as engaging as its title. Miss Ellis has a swell trained singing voice that r ‘ters with exceptional clarity. “Farewell Covina” is the stirring song of the graduates of Covina high school in “Harold Teen,” and no more S thrilling school song has ever been heard in Hollywood than this. In the small town amateur show staged in “Harold Teen” is heard “Collegiate Wedding” and Patricia Ellis and Ro- chelie Hudson are presented as two most attractive brides, “Pinky, remember what Shakespeare says, ‘Don’t ery over split milk’ ” “Milk!
