Navy, ac- cording to information received here from the Navy Recruiting office at Fargo. Lewis Smith of Fargo also enlisted in the navy this month. A tentative quota of 20 more recruits ; has been assigned by the Navy De-; partment to this district for May, ac- cording to C. R. Barry of the Fargo Recruiting office. The navy is seeking young men be- tween the ages of 17 and 25 years, un- married and without dependents, who have at least an eighth-grade edu- cation, are physically fit and who can furnish good character references. Men interested in enlisting are in- structed to communicate with the re- cruiting station in the federal build- ing at Fargo. The station will supply information and also will examine ap- plicants. Roy Little Home Near Regan Burns Sunday ‘The home of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Little, who live six miles northeast of Regan was destroyed by fire last Sun- day night, according to a communica- tion received in Bismarck Wednesday. The cause of the fire is unknown as the family was away from home at the time. The Littles are pioneers of the Regan district. Friends of the family are sponsoring a benefit dance to be held in the Regan Log Cabin next Saturday night.
