Mrs. Tavis was called to Los Angeles in January by the death of another sister, Mrs. Bal- bina Kranz, who died Jan. 14, and returned here Jan. 24 with the body, which was buried in Mandan. The late Mrs. Connolly had been died about four hours after the op- eration was performed. She will be buried at Los Angeles beside the re- mains of Mr. Connolly, who died in May, 1932. Mr. and Mrs. Connolly both were former residents of Man- dan, living there for several years. Mrs. Connolly was Miss Frances Hess before her marriage.
