Enderlin, and Mrs. Kid, Mandan, drew up the s which endorse the relief and unemployment program of Presi- dient Roosevelt, recommended refores- tation in the state by asking the as- sistance of the State School of Fores- try, endorse the Missouri river diver- sion project, pledge aid of the society to all community service tending to help in using leisure hours created vnrough the NRA to a good purpose, recommend beautification of trunk highways and ask the assistance of Governor Langer and his state high- way commission to that end, recom- mend continuance of work in behalf of Camp Grassick and also assistance to state and local libraries. The courtesy resolution expressed eratitude to Mrs. Langer for the dele- gates tea, to the American Legion Auxiliary for the luncheon, to all who gave speeches and music, to the Fort Lincoln chapter, to the press and to Mrs. John Burke, Bismarck. “To Mrs. Burke,” the resolution read, “goes all our love, respect and gratitude for her untiring nelp in all our enterprises in her four- year administration.” Mrs. Jones on behalf of the eight North Dakota presented Mrs, Burke with a gift. ‘W.
