The Crofte Star Homemakers club took part in the tour sponsored by the clubs of the northern half of the county in connection with the work of kitchen improvement which the clubs have been studying the past few months. A number of kitchens of the members of the various clubs were inspected. A picnic dinner was served at noon and the tour con- tinued as far as Arena. Five clubs took part in the tour.
