Should the woman be the pursuer in_romance? That's the question raised in “The Sport Parade,” the RKO-Radio Pic- ture at the Capitol Theatre, with Joel McCrae, William Gargan and Marian Marsh in the leading roles. «The picture's triangle shows Gar- gan in love with Miss Marsh, who loves McCrae. McCrae reciprocates tut his loyalty to his pal of college days forces him to assume an atti- tude of indifference. The screen play was especially prepared for the famous red-head by Edwin Burke and is an adaptation of Tiffany Thayer's much-discussed novel, “Call Her Savage.” Appropriately enough, three lead- ing men will be seen opposite Clara. They are Gilbert Roland, as her half- breed sweetheart; Monroe Owsley, as her wealthy husband, and Anthony Jowitt, youthful admirer who has not THAT UNLUCKY FRIDAY THE THIRTEENTH! Pagan nature. Others in the cast include Willard Robertson and Estelle Taylor as her Parents and Weldon Heyburn, as her mother’s Indian wooer.
