Theodore Quanrud was named by the directors to represent Bismarck fon the state-wide committee of 11 members, which will have charge of expending the $30,000 fund. Other members are to be named from other | key cities in the state. The drive will be conducted in the Bismarck area in the near future, Goddard said, pending detailed in-! structions from W. P.
