Automobile Sales Show Further Drop Passenger and commercial cars| gold during the first 11 months of this year totaled 8,875 when 220 pas- senger and 41 trucks were sold dur- ing November, according to figures compiled from motor vehicle regis- trations by the Business Service com- pany. The figures" compare to 311 pas- senger automobiles and 5 trucks sold during the same month in 1930 and 15,234 commercial and passenger automobiles during the first 11 months of last year. The largest number of passenger, cars and trucks were purchased in Cass county, the figures showed, 46 passenger cars and 7 trucks being sold. In the passenger automobile division Grand Forks was next with 15 sales. Among the other counties, 9 passenger cars were purchased in Burleigh and Ransom counties, Mor- ton 8, Stutsman and Ward 6, Barnes and Ramsey 5.
