D., Nov. 19.—Total Walue of Stark county field and or- chard crops, vegetables and farm gardens for 1930 was $3,338,968, ac- cording to figures released in a re- port by the bureau of census of the United States department of com- merce. The value of cereals was placed at $2,670,513, of other grains and seeds at $293,337, of hay and forage at $317,888, of fruits, $535. The walue of farm garden vegetables, for home use only, was $23,529. i Total value of domestic animals, ‘chickens and bees was placed at $2,- 079,846 for 1930, of which sum the | value of domestic animals alone was of butter, cream and whole milk sold ‘was $368,655. Cream sold as butterfat brought $314,321 and the butter sold brought $7,630. The total value of poultry raised was $152,851, of which amount $109,101 was for chickens, 634,634 for turkeys, $4,874 for ducks ‘and $4,242 for geese. Chicken eggs produced a value of $108,884 for the year and chicken eggs sold brought $46,692 and the chickens sold brought There were 26,347 head of cattle on Stark county farms in 1930 and 4n 1929 there were 3,449 cows and heifers milked, 6,134 of which were milked daily. There were 3,441,148 gallons of milk produced that year and 171,209 gallons of whole milk sold. There were 115,379 pounds of butter churned, 16,588 pounds of which were sold.
