Dollar said the group had decided the west coast interests, represented by Dollar-Chapman-Dawson and backed by Fleishhacker, should ac- quire a half interest in the Roosevelt company, closely affiliated with the International Mercantile Marine, thus definitely linking east and west coast shippers in co-operative operations. - Other important decisions reached included details for taking over the United States Lines fleet by the re- cently formed United States Lines company, Hearing on Lignite Rates Set for Nov. 14 “The complaint of the Otter Tail Fower Co. against rates of railroad companies hauling lignite from Wilton to Jamestown will be considered by the state railroad commission here Nov. 14. Previously the hearing was set for Nov. 6, but has been postponed to the latter date. The power company’s complaint is against the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Co., the Midland Continental Railroad, and the Soo Line. Arguments Heard in Cass County Ouster; Fargo, N. D., Oct. 22.—(P)—After hearing arguments in Cass county district court in the John G, Ness ouster case, Judge M. J.
