Schwartzenberger pleaded guilty to engaging in the liquor traffic and was sentenced to jail and fined $200 and costs. Jansonius suspended the sen- tence that Schwartzenberger might continue to provide for his family. Four of his children are married but 11 are dependent upon him. Mrs.*K. B. Craig, Bismarck, was at liberty Thursday under $500 bond pending her trial in district court on a charge of en- gaging in the liquor traffic.
