Moved by Commissioner Moynier, and seconded by Commissioner Fricke, a WHEREAS, the City of Bismarck, has signified its intention to assist in graveling the river road from the east end of the Memorial Highway Bridge to the intersection with the old river road near the center of Section 30, Township 139, Range 80, and on the Ward Hill, THEREFORE, BE_IT RESOLVED, by the Board ‘of County Commis- sioners of Burleigh County, North that the County Auditor be and he is hereby instructed to adver- tise for bids for the graveling of sa: road, in accordance with the plans and specifications of the County Sur- veyor, and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that sald bids be opened at ‘two-thirty o'clock P.
