D., July 12.—()—A drunk cost Walter Heaton, Fargo, three years of liberty. \ Heaton was sentenced to three years in the state penitentiary by Judge A. T. Cole for nonsupport of his wife and children a year ago but the sentence was suspended. A month ago he was arrested on a charge of being drunk and the sentence su- spension was continued. Today he was picked up on the same charge and Judge Cole ordered him to serve the old sentence.
