Ralph Snyder spent several days this week with the Doppler boys. Robert Welch lost a calf in the blizzard Monday. Fred Rittel hauled wood from the river bottom one day this week. Although many of the . coyotes were killed last fall there are some left as several have been seen in this vicinity recently. Robert Welch and the two older Doppler boys motored to Bismarck Friday. They stopped in Menoken on their return, and report the roads | to be in fairly good condition. A.D. Welch called on George; Scarborough and also at the Robert Welch home Saturday. John Welch called on the Doppler boys Friday evening. Mrs, Robert Welch has been suf- fering with sinus trouble the latter Part of the week. Mrs. John Nieland and little ne- phew and niece spent the week-end at their homes. Mrs. Nieland and the little boy returned to their boarding Place Sunday evening, but the little girl remained at home on account of Hugh McMurrich called at the Robert Welch home and also at the home of his mother, Mrs. George Mc- Murrich Sunday.
