This new financial institution will have a capital, surplus and undivided profits of $160,000, with resources of over $500,000. The affiliation of this new bank, the Dakota National Bank and Trust Company, with the Northwest Bancorporation and the organization of a trust department means that the City of Bismarck will be provided with a broader and more complete financial service, which is required to promote the growth and development of the City of Bismarck and the trade territory surrounding it.
