Successful people in every community are building large estates. When they die or become unable to manage their affairs, some arrangement must be made to manage their estates for them. This is a job for the corporate trustee. Modern business demands that property be left under the care of a permanent, dependable organiza- tion that will give it expert administration now and through all the years to come. If the local bank does not provide these facilities, men and women of wealth must turn to experienced institutions in the larger cities, with the result that the small community loses the benefit and influence of this wealth. For these reasons, and to keep pace with the tempo of modern times, the Dakota National Bank and Trust Company is pleased to offer complete trust service to its clients. The Dakota National Bank and Trust Company, through its affiliation with the Northwestern Bancorporation, will have the benefit of the combined experience and infiuence of leading trust companies of the Northwest, who will always stand ready to cooperate with it.
