McMurrich home the middie of the week. Mr. and Mrs. McMurrich are the parents of Mrs. Herrin. Mr. McMurrich had been ill for several weeks and grew much worse the middle of the week when relatives were summoned. Mr. MecMurrich died Thursday afternoon. His son, Will, who is in Washington, ‘was unable to come, but the elder son, George, of Butte, Mont., came Friday. Mr. McMurrich was buried in Glencoe cemetery Saturday after- noon.
