Miss Violette Dexter, one of the Braddock high school graduates and who attended Valley City State Teach- college this past summer started her first term of teaching Monday morn- ing. We are always glad to see our home boys and girls start for them- selves and wish them every success. Miss Violette is teaching the Schlosser school where Miss Myrtle Olson taught last year. Miss Elsie Bier and Miss Ada Saville, both Braddock high school graduates, are teaching in their home schools this year. Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Allinsworth drove to Bismarck Wednesday to have dental work done. Mr. and Mrs. E. F. Savage motored out to Dana Sunday afternoon and visited with Mrs. Adolph Schott. Miss Bessie Putnam who has been attending the Dickinson Normal school this summer is the guest of Miss Evelyn Henry. Miss Putnam will teach the coming term at Pollock, S. Dak.
