Mr. and Mrs. Gaines Will Spend Summer At Sanger Ranch Afr. and Mrs, Alvin Gaines and Mrs. fPaines’ mother, Mrs. W. T. Wilson, of Los Angeles, are spending the ‘week-end in Bismarck en route to the Gaines ranch near Sanger, N. D., where they will spend the summer. Mr. and Mrs. Gaines have just re- turned from a motor trip in the south, where they were joined by Mrs. Wilson, who will remain for a short visit before leaving for Colorado. Mrs. Gaines, formerly Miss Aileen ‘Wilson, popular Los Angeles sub-deb, ‘was a bride of the early spring, her marriage taking place in the gardens ‘of her home in Los Angeles. She is a graduate of the Marborough school for girls there, and has more recently attended a Boston ‘finishing school. She was a member of the Fortnightly and the Winter assembly in Los An- eles. a Mr, Gaines is well known in Bis- marek, having spent his summers in and near the city for several years. Mr. and Mrs. Gaines have only re- cently returned from a honeymoon in Honolulu, where Mrs.: Gaines has spent several seasons. They will spend their week-ends in Bismarck while at Sanger. ne * Oscar Johnson of Lemmon, S. Dak., formerly of Bismarck and a graduate of the Bismarck high school, drove to Bismarck yesterday to spend the day with friends. He was accompanied | home by his sister and brother, Miss Ruth and Donald Johnson, who will make their home with him in South Dakota.
