Hendrix was suffering lapses of memory as a Tesult of the accident six miles east of Jamestown. The other occupants of the car were Pete Schott of Linton, Mr. Tousley of Bismarck, and Mr. Stewart of Linton. They were on their way to Fargo to attend the Masonic lodge convention.
