Irvine of this city, was recently elected by the Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity to represent the University chapter at the national convention to be held at Alexander Bay, N. Y., early next fall. Mr. Irvine is the first delegate to; be sent to a national convention by 4the university chapter. The national conventions are held every two years, the last one having been /held at) Estes Park, Colorado. { Mr. Irvine, who is now a Junior at, he University of North Dakota, is president of the chapter there. Rebekaha Entertain Odd Fellows at Cards Nicholas Rebekah lodge No. 40 en- tertained the members of the local Odd Fellows lodge at cards last eve- ning, following their regular meeting at the I, O.
