Before her marriage, Mrs. Stevens was Miss Florence Rose Jager of Bismarck. Rev. Father Bastyr read the marriage service in the presence of a small group of relatives and friends. The bride and groom were 5 unattended. Mrs. Stevens wore rose georgette fartd a beige picture hat. She car- ¢zied a corsage of Sweetheart roses. Following the ceremony, a wedding dinner was served at the Nicollet hotel. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. A. Fischer of Strasburg. She attended St. Mary’s school here and was duated from Bismarck high school. For the last few years she has been employed in the office of the Workmen’s Compensation Bureau, Mr. Stevens is the son of W. H. Stevens, Sr., of Bismarck. He was graduated from the North Dakota Agricultural college, Fargo, and was formerly connected with the state laboratory in Bismarck. He is now associated with the Standard Oil! company. Reimestad, assistant at- torney general, who will leave July 1 to begin work with the federal land bank at St. Paul, was given a pleasant surprise by employes of the attorney general’s office Thursday afternoon. A luncheon was served at the capitol building and Mr. Reimestad was presented with a handsome gift as a token of appre- ciation from his fellow workers. eee Fort Lincoln chapter of War Mothers will meet Wednesday aft- ernoon at 3 o’clock with Mrs. Henry Burman, 310 W.
