FRIDAY, JUNE 1, 1928 Jamestown College Will Graduate Two Bismarck Students Miss Melba Maurine Whitternore and Elmer O. Dale of Bismarck will be graduated from Jamestown Col- lege Wednesday with a class of 68 students. Miss Whittemore will re- ceive a Bachelot of Arts degree in Music and Public School Music cer- tificate. Mr. Dale will take a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science and History. Sara Finley Boyd of Menoken and Henry Zahn of Mandan will also be graduates from this section of the state to take degrees at Jamestown College. Rev. Jerome E. Webber will de- liver the baccalaureate address Sun- day at the college, speaking on “The Mind of a College Graduate.” The commencement_address will be de- livered by Bishop H. Lester Smith, D. Wright read the service in the pres- ence of a small group of relatives and friends. The bride wore orchid georgette trimmed with ivory lace, and an orchid hat. Her corsage was of sweetheart roses and lilies-of-the- valley. The bride and groom were unattended. breakfast was served at the Schwartz home with places marked for 10 guests.
