University Earl Benser and Willis Shepard! of Bismarck, who are attending the University of North Dakota, were recently elected two of the 16 most Popular men on the campas in a contest determined by cu-ed votes. The names of the popular men were announced Saturday evening at the annual Women’s League party at the university.
