Fresh re- ports of frost and rust in Argentina were current, more than offsetting relative weakness of quotations at Liverpool. Opening %@% cent down, Chicago, wheat sagged a lit- tle further, and then rose to well above Saturday's finish. Corn was strong, starting unchanged to cent higher, and subsequently cli ing around. Oats were firm. Provisions titlted upward, According to advices at hand, frost showed itself again last night in parts of Argentina, this time over a section of the western Argentine wheat belt. In addition, reports said that it is generally too cold in Argentina for the development of wheat, and that damage from the frost of October 31 is appearing. There was also reiterated mention of rust in north Argentina. Notable strength which was man- ffest much of the time in the corn market today Jed to be due largely to speculative buying.
