Convention Guests Are Entertained at Breakfast Thursday Members of the Business and Pro- fessional Women’s club entertained Thursday morning at a breakfast in honor of Dr, Aurelia Reinhardt, Miss Charl Williams and Miss Minnie J. Nielson, who are distinguished guests at the North Dakota Educa- tion association convention. Breakfast was served at small tables with autumn flowers form- ing attractive centerpieces. Beside the honorees, Miss Lily Wilkinson of Williston, Dr. Louise Kraus of Diek- inson, Miss Julia McDonough of Minot and Miss Doréthy Barrington of Berlin were out-of-town guests. Borghild Dahl Is Honored at Party Miss Borghild Dahl was the guest of honor Tuesday evening at a Hallo- ween party at the home of her sis- ter, Mrs. & W. Knecht. Black and orange decorations and Halloween favors were used about the rooms, while the guésts arrived in costume. The evening was spent with appropriate games and stunts. Mrs. Knecht was assisted by Miss Geraldine Gish in serving a course luncheon at the close of the evening. Bridge Party Is Given Wednesday Mrs. A. L, Fosteson was hostess Wednesday evening at her home at 919 Fifth street. Bridge was played at two tables during the evening and honors were won by Mrs. Harry A. Jones and Mrs. Charles F. Martin. . The hostess used a color scheme appropriate for the Halloween sea- son in decorating the rooms and in the table appointments. A refresh- ment course was served at the con- clusion of the games, Miss Lois Bigler, who is teaching at Grass Lake, is a guest at her home in Bismarck this week while attending the teachers’ convention.
