Fort, pioneer Bismarck attor- ney and public official, who died day morning following a lingering illness. Rev. Walter E. Vater, pastor of the church, will officiate, and in- ‘terment will be in St. Mary’s ceme- tery here. Judge Fort expressed the wish that his pody be laid to rest in Bismarck, the scene of his life’s greatest activities. Active pall bearers will include Wm. Webb, Jr.. Wm, O'Hara, E. G Patterson, ‘F.
