He will be unable to attend, however, because of the fact that the regular meeting of the pardon board, of which he is a member, is scheduled for that week and it is necessary that he be here. TRANSFERRED TO FARGO Brander Eastman, who has been employed as cashier of the Bismarck telephone exchange, has been trans- ferred to Fargo where he will be cashier at the Fargo exchange. Mr. Eastman has been in Bismarck since January 1, 1926, having been promot. ed to the position here from that of clerk at the Fargo exchange. He will be succeeded by Edward W. Wright, who has been cashier of the Grand Forks office for the past year and a half.
