P. O. Elks, No. 44. of Minneapolis in a recent popularity contest in which all the railways of the Twin Cities took part. Soo Line officials are partic- ularly pleased at the results of the contest in that they showed the great unity of the company’s em- [Atlee all of whom supported Miss ‘obinson whole heartedly. Miss Robinson is employed in the com- pany’s general office in Minneapolis. The contest was conducted by the Elks lodge of Minneapolis as a benefit for its band. Lieut. Gov. Nolan of Minneapolis crowned the queen. Prizes totaling $200 were offered to those selling the most tickets and these will be distributed soon.
