The charges included two of jail breaking, one of grand larceny in connection with the robbery of the Piper-Howe Lumber company in this city and one of burglarizing the armory on July 4, 1926, when he made his first es- cape, Tmmediately after Forrest waived examination, Justice Davis ordered that he be held for trial in district court, and set the bonds on each charge at $2,000.
