Cunning- ham of Steele, and Elmer 0. John- son, son of Mr. and Mrs, L. Johnson of Falkirk, were united in marriage at the home of the bride’s parents neur Steele. Rev. H, A. Mechilke of the Lutheran church of Steele read the service. An attractive arrange- ment of vines, ferns, roses and bas- kets of gladiolas formed the back- ground for the ceremony, Mrs. Ray Stair of Bismarck, sister of the bride, -was matron of honor, and Hubert F. Holtan of Washburn attended Mr. Johnson. as best man. The bride wore a lovely frock of honey dew taffeta and carried an arm bouquet of pink roses. Mrs. Stair was in silver blue taffeta and wore a corsage of roses, A wedding dinner was served after the ceremony. Wild roses and peonies were used on the table and throughout the dining room. In ad- dition to the bride and gruom the dinner guests included Mr. and Mrs. L.
