A course luncheon was served by the hostesses at the conclusion of the evening Mrs. Murphy Entertains With Bridge Party Three tables of bridge were in play Wednesday evening at the nome of Mrs, R. B. Murphy on Avenue A. Honors in the games were won by Mrs. Ralph Penner and Mrs. Van R. Middlemas, The house was prettily adorned with asters. A course luncheon was served after the games. MR. AND MRS. READE RETURN Mr. and Mrs. Henry Reade return- ed last evening from a six weeks’ motor trip through the easter part of the United -States and into east- ern Canada, They were called east principally by the serious illness of Mr. Reade’s sister at Hyde Park, Vermont. The sister passed away and Mr. and Mrs. Reade attended the funeral. The motor trip covered 5,280 miles and included stops at Lake Champlain; Malone, N. Y., Que- bec, and various other points of in- ferect. RAINBOW ORDER TO MEET A regular meeting of the Order of the Rainbow will be held tomorrow evening at the Masonia Temple, at which time the installation of new officers will take place. All officers and members are urged to be there at 7:15 o'clock so that the meeting can be called promptly at 7:30. RETURN TO OMAHA Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Lough and baby daughter left Tuesday by car for their heme in Omaha, Neb., af- ter a visit in the city with Mrs. Lough’s sister, Mrs. Ray Bergeson, and her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wil- liam Simpson of Mandan. CHURCH IS REDECORATED The interior of St. George's Epis- copal church is being completely re- decorated this week. Because of this fact the regular Sunday services will be held in the parish house.
