Following the ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Stasek served a wed- ding breakfast. Mr. and Mrs. Smith left this aft- ernoon for a short honeymoon at the Minnesota Lakes. They will be at home in Bismarck when they return. Mrs. Smith is a Braddock girl but has been making her home in Bis- marck for the past several years. She has been employed by the State Highway commission. Mr. Smith has lived here practically all his life, is a graduate of the Bismarck high school and is employed by the Gam- ble Robinson company. The young people have a host of friends in the city who will be sur- prised to learn of their marriage, the plans of which were unknown even to their intimate friends. LOCAL WOMEN HONORED Miss Hazel Nielson was elected as one of seven national vice presidents of the League of Overseas Women at the national convention held in New York City last week. will return home the latter part of this week after attending the state convention of the American Legion ‘Auxiliary in Jamestown.
